His functional leadership in Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement built in Global multinationals -Unilever & Johnson & Johnson contributed to his transition to General Management and successful leadership of two Indian companies as their CEO for over 10 years. Ramesh’s professional career of 36 years has been marked by diversity, impact leadership and a strong values-based team leadership.
Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Madras, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from IIM – Ahmedabad and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Ramesh now devotes his time to mentoring young leaders and advising companies, MSMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs while pursuing his personal passion for sports and travel.
